Looks and Leaps blog launched in January 2015. In honor of the anniversary, I am sharing just a few of my favorite posts from our family over the past five years, in no particular order, covering a wide range of travel destinations and topics. This has been a fun archive to create and has hopefully provided a little inspiration or entertainment along the way.

Joe explained why Hilton Head is such a perfect summer vacation, recapped the awesome Fire Garden in London and suggested detailed itineraries for locales like New Mexico and Key West.

Cindy wrote all about the lakes in Canada, shared some serious hiking motivation and why Iceland really is a fun place to visit.

Jack provided an overview of wine regions of Spain as well as a clever wine pairing for your East coast beach.

April and Sunny’s early posts featured recommendations when visiting cities like DC and St. Louis with kids and ways to help them enjoy the journey, including how to play Meow that Tune.

Sunny is the resident Disney expert – seriously, just search Disney on our site and take advantage of her many articles on booking, hidden gems, Disneyland Paris and more.

April, Jack, JA and I offered an array of NYC tips, as did Sunny and Jimmy in a separate post with the brilliant title “The city that never sleeps for the family that never sleeps in.”

All contributors – Joe, Cindy, Jack, April, JA, Sunny, Jimmy, MJ and Wendy – shared a few favorite memories of a Utah ranch.

We’ve got quite a bit about Spain and Paris on the blog – Jack said two of his recent favorites were Tale of Two Dinners in the gorgeous city of San Sebastian and Americans Drinking in Paris (starring me and Jack, of course).
